IT’S SUMMERTIME!!!

We’ve put together a fun summertime contest for our patients and we hope you all will participate.

The winner will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card!!!

All you have to do is…take us on vacation with you!!  Okay, so not really “us”, but our Tanner and Reichhold sign.  We have them in our office, so come pick one up and take it on vacation with you.  Then take a picture with the sign and email it to us by clicking on the QR code.  Put “Photo Contest” in the subject line, then tell us your name and any other information you want to share (you know how nosy we are).  Send us a photo even if you are in your front yard running through the sprinklers.  Have a safe and fun summer.

Please note:  By participating in this contest you agree to allow us to display your photo in our reception room.  We will be choosing a winner on 9/13/13.
