Essential skills, attributes and qualifications:
- 2 years of orthodontic experience.
- Must understand all phases of back office procedures for orthodontics or front office depending on position.
- Must have a good understanding of orthodontic terminology.
- Must have a current RDA & X-ray license if hiring an RDA.
- Must have a current x-ray license for the state of California depending on position.
- Self-starter with superb organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate and neat, with the ability to multitask and enjoy doing your part for the “team” and for patients.
- Able to communicate with children and adults, with compassion and clarity.
- A team player who can work independently, is proactive, reliable, punctual, able to prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Works well in a fast paced environment, supports the office culture, and stays strong under pressure.
- Learns quickly and has a strong desire to grow professionally in the orthodontic field.
- Loves to work with people.
- Very comfortable with technology, social media and computers.
