We love seeing new patients and we are pleased that you have decided to come see us about your family’s orthodontic care. We understand that many people have different needs and expectations about orthodontics. That is why we have set aside special time during your first visit to meet with you and discuss your concerns.
In addition to a thorough examination, we will talk to you about whether or not this is the best time to begin treatment, or if further growth and development is needed.
We also will be happy to review the financial aspect of your care. Although the fees will vary based on individual cases, we offer a variety of affordable payment options, including the coordination of insurance benefits.
Forms
We are a “green” office, so please click on the Online Health History Form to fill out your health history electronically. Once completed, hit Submit and it will come to us on our secure site. If you are unable to fill out the online form, you can click the Child Health History or Adult Health History link and print out the forms. Please bring in the completed form with you to your new patient evaluation.
